Expansion joints are used wherever vibration isolation is required or misalignment or adjustment in duct systems. Specifically these are required on the inlet and outlet of fans and commonly at or near dampers to allow removal if required.

MPF fabricates custom round and rectangular EPDM expansion joint for up to 250 Deg F. These can be designed with or with a flow liner. Flange materials can be painted steel, galvanized and stainless steel. If your project requires special construction we can custom design one for you.

For higher temperature applications our custom round and rectangular Teflon coated fiberglass expansion joints for up to 600 Deg F. These can be designed with or with a flow liner. Extreme Temperature Expansion Joints

Extreme Temperature Expansion Joint

For temperatures exceeding 1000 Deg F. our extreme temperature expansion joints can be built to suit your application. Typical construction includes stainless steel flanges, stainless steel telescoping liner, ceramic fiber insulation and an outer fabric of Teflon coated fiberglass.
